(Fargo, ND) -- The Moorhead Police Department carried out its annual tradition of laying memorial wreaths at the headstones of its three fallen officers. Representatives for the department laid the wreaths Monday, during National Law Enforcement Appreciation Week. They honored Peter Poull, Jr., Alexander “Sandy” McClean, and Roy Larson.
