According to Peter Sclafani, Founder and CEO of Making Raving Fans Hospitality Group, SoLou offers a modern take on Louisiana comfort food, craft cocktails, wine, and beer in an Instagram-worthy chic setting. The Lafayette Location will take over the former Grub burger space off of Kaliste Saloom Road in River Ranch, which Sclafani describes as the fifty-yard line of River Ranch.
