Daren McDonald Pleads Not Guilty To Witness Intimidation
Daren J. McDonald of Falmouth on Tuesday, March 9, pleaded not guilty in Falmouth District Court to charges of intimidating a witness in connection with an August incident at a party in which two Falmouth teenagers allegedly beat another teen unconscious. Mr. McDonald is the father of one of the juvenile suspects who is being charged with assault and battery in juvenile court. The teens allegedly repeatedly punched and kicked another teen in the head untilâand afterâhe was unconscious.
