Odegard threw a season-best 61.90 meters to win the men’s javelin title, while Halverson launched a toss of 33.53 to win the women’s javelin. Osmon Fieldhouse, to honor its graduating class during the 2021 spring semester. VCSU will recognize 318 graduates. 278 will receive bachelor’s degrees and 36 will receive master’s degrees. Weitkum finished the 3000 meter steeplechase in a school-record time of 12:25.05, shattering the previous record of 13:01.02 set by Kristina Fricke in 2019. Weitkum’s record time was good for sixth place at the Ron Masanz Meet, which featured competitors from several NCAA Division I and II schools.
