Truck driver, passenger allege injuries from rear-end collision in traffic jam
A tractor-trailer driver and his passenger claim they were injured when another truck driver allegedly caused a rear-end collision due to traffic caused by road construction. Edgar Ramos and Derek Ramos filed the complaint Dec. 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois against Araya Trucking LLC and Tesfemikael Tesfaldet Araya.
