A German encrypted email service has denied claims by a former Canadian police intelligence officer under trial for selling sensitive secrets to criminals that it acted as a “storefront” for law enforcement and intelligence agencies. Cameron Ortis, the former RCMP intelligence official on trial in Ottawa, said he was tipped off by a counterpart at a "foreign agency" that the people he's accused of leaking secrets to had "moles" inside Canadian police services.
