Loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend, Heidi Valadao, passed on January 31, 2021 in Crescent City, CA. Heidi was born in Germany on February 9, 1961 and was raised in Eureka, California. Heidi was a proud Tribal Member of the Elk Valley Rancheria (Tolowa), serving on Tribal Council since 2015. Through her passion to help people in need, Heidi helped pave the way for the Tribeâs Emergency Management program and formed the Tribeâs Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).
