Porter County BZA approves Heartland Christian Center expansion
The Porter County Board of Zoning Appeals unanimously approved a zoning variance Wednesday that will allow for the construction of a $15 million, 46,000-square-foot fitness center for children with special needs at Heartland Christian Center in Morgan Township. Dubbed The Sunshine Center, the church hopes to break ground on the building this year, with construction completed by 2024.
