Momentive Technologies names new CEO Quartz and industrial ceramics materials company Momentive Technologies has named a new president and CEO. Philip L. Rose has taken on that role effective Monday, Dec. 14, a news release stated. Momentive Technologies in Strongsville was created on Jan. 1, 2020, when the former Momentive Performance Materials Inc. business unit spun off as a separate entity.
