Boat ramp planning in Newcomerstown moves forward.
The Times-Reporter NEWCOMERSTOWN Mayor Pat Cadle said the village has been making plans for a boat ramp to be installed on the southside along the Tuscarawas River at the former Simonds factory site. “We have been working with engineers on the boat ramp project,” Mayor Cadle reported recently. “The spring weather will have the greatest effect on how quickly anything gets done.
