A Wheeling man is suing Appalachian Power Company for trespassing and property damage, according to a story reported by West Virginia Record. The defendants in the case are: American Electric Power Service Corporation, Phillips & Jordan Environmental Services, Phillips & Jordan and Phillips & Jordan Holding.
