Jailene Holton, 21, was shot and killed inside a Northeast Philly bar after a man who had just been kicked out of the bar fired 15 shots at the building on Tuesday night, police said. The shooting happened at he Philly Bar and Restaurant, on the 2400 block of Welsh Road. Holton was there as a designated driver and the suspect in the shooting has not been arrested.

Jailene Holton, 21, of Philadelphia, was shot in the head while standing in the back of the Philly Bar and Grill on Tuesday night. The shot came from outside the bar, about 200 feet away.
“When are people going to get fed up with this reckless shooting in the city? Nobody does nothing. They get a mouthpiece for 20 seconds on TV and that's it and everybody's running around like the Wild West out here," Jailene Holton's uncle said.
