Christina Villegas Senior Fellow Christina Villegas is a Senior Fellow at the Independent Women’s Forum. She holds a Ph.D. in Politics from the Institute for Philosophic Studies at the University of Dallas. Her dissertation examines the theoretical foundations and legislative history of the Violence Against Women Act, and she has written extensively on the law for different outlets including Independent Women’s Forum, the Heritage Foundation, Townhall.com, and the Huffington Post.
