Of the bluefin. it covers the towed pi eed ping locaters deployment, that found the underwater signals more than a week ago. it covers the costs for ten operators onboard the ocean shield. that would include the nine phoenix operators plus probably one navy operator. it also covers their transportation to the region and then back to the united states. presumably also transportation for the equipment onboard the ocean shield. but, again, this is just the u.s. navy's allocation for this phase of this operation. it does not include what the australians are spending to deploy the ocean shield. >> ...
