IPEG acquires Phoenix Systems for its Conair subsidiary Winstead Cranberry Township, Pa.-based IPEG Inc. acquired Phoenix Systems Corp., in Tustin, Calif., to expand the material-handling products line of Conair Group, its auxiliary equipment subsidiary. Phoenix Systems supplies high-volume conveying systems for plastic pellets and powders to processors in a variety of markets, including building materials, packaging and compounding.
