Left the Tottenville Post Office opened in 1851 with John Totten as the postmaster. Right is the current post office on Main Street just down the street from the Masonic Temple where the old post office was housed. (Google Maps)

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - Staten Island is currently home to 15 post offices: Eltingville, Manor Road, Great Kills, Mariners Harbor, New Dorp, New Springville, Port Richmond, Prince’s Bay, Rosebank, St. George, St. George Ferry Terminal, Stapleton, South Shore Annex, Tottenville and West New Brighton.
