According to Sunday World, a source close to the rapper claims that Nelli Tembe’s father and well-known businessman, Moses Tembe, has allegedly hired a private investigator to probe the circumstances around the death of his daughter. Another source has claimed that since he has been aware of the Tembe family hiring a private investigator, he has demanded that the family return the expensive gift. Tragic reports have emerged on Sunday afternoon that Nellie Tembe – the 22-year-old fiancé of world famous hip hop artist AKA – has died after a horrific incident at the Pepperclub Hotel in Cape Town’s CBD. Police confirmed that the body of an unnamed 22-year-old victim was found early on Sunday morning outside the popular five-star hotel, and TimesLIVE reported that AKA’s manager – Phumza Nohashe – had confirmed the death and said that the Forbes and Tembe families would release a statement in due course. AKA ‘inconsolable’ after Nelli Tembe tragically killed South African Police Service (SAPS) spokesperson in the Western Cape, Captain FC van Wyk, said that police are investigating the tragic incident, but was not at liberty to provide further details on how exactly the young woman was killed.
