Awaiting permit to cleanup NY Rt. 97; Litter Sweep targeting both sides of river

NARROWSBURG, NY - With two weeks to go before the second annual Upper Delaware Litter Sweep, the Upper Delaware Council (UDC) is hoping for the similar consideration from New York Department of Transportation (NyDOT) as they have received from their Pennsylvania counterpart.
The UDC has ready a force of volunteers to seek and seize litter from the highways, byways and river access on both sides of the river in the corridor along the 73.4 mile Upper Delaware Scenic & Recreational River. The litter pickup is scheduled April 17-25. ....
