Polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at dozens of local schools for the Boise School Board election.
There are 13 candidates running for five different seats in the Sept. 6 Boise School Board election in Idaho.
Alpaca, a for-profit company, is delivering back-to-school supplies to 700 Omaha teachers, and will continue to deliver supplies each month. Parents and others interested pay a subscription to the program.
"There's about maybe a little under 100 students that came from Castelar (Elementary School) that have moved here to Pine, so that right there tells a lot on how that has alleviated Castelar," Varga says
