A BURGLAR who stole a Japanese tea grinder will be sentenced later this month. Appearing before Swindon Magistrates’ Court, Billy-Jo Cosgrave, 24, of Pinehurst Road, pleaded guilty to a non-dwelling burglary. Prosecutors say he broke into the Paramount Building apartment block on Beckhampton Street on December 10, 2019, and stole a Japanese tea grinder worth £60. Gordon Hotson, for Cosgrave, said his client was awaiting sentence on other matters later in the month. He asked the magistrates to sentence the burglary on the same date. JPs agreed to the request. BERLIN – As recent rains have highlighted drainage issues in Ocean Pines, officials are assuring residents improvements are being planned.
