Youths smoking cannabis and burning books at run-down Chester site | Chester and District Standard
YOUTHS have been meeting up at a run-down site near Chester to smoke cannabis and set fire to books taken from a community phone box facility. Police believe the group have also been burning asbestos at the location in Piper's Ash and have alerted environmental health. Officers said the site, which has been heavily littered, is dark and "not a place to be".
