CHARLESTON — A renter in the Knollview Village Apartments sued the apartment complex and its management company, Pison Management, after he and his partner suffered from a bug bed infestation. Brenton Hale claims he and his partner, Rachel Karson, began to notice bites all of their bodies in late January and early February of 2019, according to a complaint filed in Kanawha Circuit Court.
