Safe highway crossing helps reconnect Jimboomba

City of Logan Division 9 Councillor Scott Bannan opening the new Jimboomba Safe Crossing. A new safe crossing of busy Mount Lindesay Highway is the first step in Logan City Council’s $2 million upgrade of the Jimboomba Town Centre. The new crossing links Ann Street on the eastern side of the highway with Cusack Lane and the Town Centre on the western side. The Jimboomba Safe Crossing utilises the former Beaudesert railway underpass which has been revitalised with pathway decking, railings, lighting and safety cameras.
