Jackson Dodge sells to new ownership group from Sask. Poll Government policy A car dealership group based in southwest Saskatchewan is expanding into Alberta’s southeast. Standard Motors will acquire Jackson Dodge in Medicine Hat at the end of the month, the Plewis Automotive Group announced Friday. It will become Standard Jeep Ram, and the fifth dealership in the network including three in Swift Current and Standard Chev Buick in Shaunavon. “This is a very exciting announcement for us as we are expanding our footprint and investment into Alberta,” said Ryan Plewis, co-owner along with brother Mark Plewis in the 110-year-old family business. ....
