The Noida Authority had identified multiple sectors, villages, and areas specially along the Noida Expressway, where land mafias had encroached upon the government land and were attempting to sell plots to the gullible public. The anti-encroachment drive was conducted in villages such as Sorkha Zahidabad, Salarpur, Asadullapur, Mohiyapur, Sadarpur, Mamura, Garhi Samastipur, Gulawali and Salarpur Khadar.

Navi Mumbai real estate: The real estate company intends developing a 221-key hotel on 9 acres, and a sports club and gymkhana on 10.5 acres. The company plans to have 15 to 20 percent of revenue from annuity business in the next three to five years.

The group is currently looking at major real estate expansion in Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai, and Pune for Purvaland, its plotted development arm.

A pipeline worth Rs 5,000 crore will be created from these developments, the company added.

The township will comprise more than 2,100 plots, ranging from 140 to 1,000 square yards.
