Realty developer M3M India is set to invest Rs 2,700 crore in developing a 333-acre township called 'M3M City of Dreams' in Panipat, Haryana. This project, with over 2,100 plots and various facilities including villas, luxury floors, farmhouses, community parks, retail spaces, and more, received the single biggest license for development in recent times.
The township will comprise more than 2,100 plots, ranging from 140 to 1,000 square yards.
