CANTON A restaurant specializing in boil cajun seafood plans to open in a shopping plaza on the city's west side. A+ Crab is opening in April or May at the former site of Top China Buffet in the Country Fair Shopping Center at 4309 Tuscarawas Street W, restaurant owner Nelson Dong said. The restaurant has applied for a liquor permit and also plans to serve alcohol and operate a bar, he said.
