Poke Picks reopens as 'Fancy Bowl'; halts restaurant expansion plans Poke Picks, a Japanese-Hawaiian fusion restaurant, reopened its downtown location Tuesday, but with a new name and menu. The restaurant at 323 S. Phillips Ave. is now named Fancy Bowl, with Poke Picks owner Kent Chan adding a business partner, Eason Chen, for the downtown location. The menu will include poke and sushi, along with ramen bowls. Additionally, Chan is no longer planning to open four total locations for Poke Picks in Sioux Falls.
