Ivan Averill Hill. FRIENDSHIP — Ivan Averill Hill passed away on April 13, 2021 at Maine Medical Center in Portland. He was born on July 28, 1941 to Niilo and Elizabeth (Oxton) Hill in Waldoboro, Maine. He is predeceased by his parents; brothers, Teddy and Anthony Hill; as well as his brother-in-law, Wesley Lash. Ivan is survived by his loving wife, best friend and constant companion of 56 years, Polly Hill of Friendship; his brothers Rodney (Jeanne) Hill of Bangor, Norman (Dianne) Hill of Friendship, Daryl Hill of Warren, Timothy Hill of Rockland and Edward Hill of Warren; as well as his ...
