iips: Govt accepts IIPS director's resignation, revokes suspension

The Indian health ministry has accepted the resignation of International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS) Director, K S James, and revoked his suspension. James was suspended in July following allegations of irregularities in appointments and compliance with reservation rosters. The ministry launched an investigation and found irregularities in 11 out of 35 complaints received. The suspension was lifted due to "material changes in circumstances". James' resignation, submitted in August, was also accepted.
