Keokuk, IA- The Lee County Narcotics Task Force has announced the arrest of a Keokuk man on felony drug charges. 45-year-old Ricky Leon Riddle of Keokuk was arrested Sunday, April 16th by the Keokuk Police Department on an outstanding warrant issued by the Lee County Narcotics Task Force. Riddle was charged with Conspiracy to Possess Methamphetamine with the Intent to Deliver. The charges stemmed from an investigation where Riddle is alleged to have been distributing methamphetamine to others in the Lee County area.
