It appears that essentially president vladimir putin would like to rewrite the sort of post-cold war security arrangements here. but that's not going to happen so what does it take? what potential carrot does the u.s. here to concede that would be appealing enough to the russian side to potentially bring this back from the brink? i think because so many people are skramping their heads to think what that could be that's what gives rise to the sense of unease and could be a form of predetermined what president vladimir putin does and that that may well entail an incursion, invasion. none of us ...
