Motorola, a Chinese smartphone brand, plans to double its smartphone sales volume in 2024 due to premiumisation. The company aims to become the third largest smartphone brand globally within 8-12 quarters. In India, the company's business has doubled, particularly in its premium Edge series models.
Motorola Phones India: “The Edge and Razr series from Motorola which are part of our premium portfolio now contribute 46% of India revenues, from 22% in 2022, with the overall business doubling” the executive added.
