The FTSE-250 property company which owns Sheffield's Meadowhall shopping centre is to appoint William Rucker as Tim Score's successor, Sky News learns.

Dale Underwriting Partners, the trading name for Dale Managing Agency's Lloyd's Syndicate 1729, announced that CVC has completed its investment in Dale.

The FTSE-250 property group, which was recently relegated from London's blue-chip index after a 21-year run, is kicking off a hunt for its next chairman, Sky News learns.

Enra Specialist Finance has appointed Preben Prebensen as its new chairman following the acquisition of the firm by fund manager Elliott Advisors last spring.  Prebensen joins the specialist lender after leading investment bank Close Brothers Group as chief executive for 11 years until September 2020.  Enra says that

British Land has appointed Halford’s chief financial officer Loraine Woodhouse as a non-executive director.
