Staff report BOARDMAN — A new outdoor activity at Boardman Glenwood Junior High is open for the public, thanks to teachers getting a grant. Tim Harker, a technology teacher, and science teacher Eric Diefenderfer assembled a team of teachers, administrators and maintenance staff that built the Spartan Disc Golf Course at the school over spring break. The team won a $2,700 national grant from the GPD Employees Foundation.
