Tuesday afternoon just before 3:30 P.M. Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the Parkside Mini Mart located at 1717 North Michigan Street on 37 year old Jeffery S. Niedbalski of South Bend. During the traffic stop Niedbalski was found to have an active Level 2 Felony Warrant out of Marshall County for Dealing Methamphetamine with a bond of $50,005. While taking Mr. Niedbalski into custody he was also found to be Driving While Suspended with a Prior Charge and Possession of Stolen Property with bond being set at $505.
