A FISH and chip shop will give one lucky resident a fantastic prize today as part of National Fish and Chip Day. Ulverston s Priory Plaice Fish and Chips started the competition on Tuesday in the lead up to today which will see the winner bag four fish and chip meals. It asked participants to like, share and comment on its Facebook post as well as like its page ahead of the winner announcement on Friday morning. Business manager Tony Postlethwaite commented: We have done a bit of a competition for the day and bought T-shirts that we will be wearing in the shop. ....
