After a meeting between members of the Privateer Days Commission Board, a unanimous decision was made to cancel the 2021 festival. According to a post on the Privateer Days facebook page, the meeting’s discussion revolved around COVID-19, gathering limits, ability to social distance, and most importantly safety.
