Dear County Superintendents of Schools: FOURTH APPORTIONMENT FOR EVERY STUDENT SUCCEEDS ACT COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT AND IMPROVEMENT LOCAL EDUCATIONAL AGENCY FISCAL YEAR 2019–20 This apportionment, in the amount of $6,133,741.35, is made from federal funds provided to the state under Title I, Part A, of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA), as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) (Public Law 114‒95).
