An anti violence event in fairmount park. New there are about 600 people attending a peace concert held at Dell Music Center when shots were fired around 8 30 last night. Police say man in his 20s was hit in the torso and thigh at close proximity. He was taken to Temple University hospital. Ironically the concert was meant to send a message to stop the shooting.
