Here we are: Missoula campus group brings diversity to the outdoors
Here Montana, a BIPOC â Black/Indigenous/people of color â program run through the Missoula Parks and Recreation Department gets people outdoors. The 20 participants stood in a circle, their bundled snow clothes and keen energy keeping them warm. Whirling snow fell from the sky dusting their hats and scarves.
