Health and wellbeing the witnesses were willing to blow the whistle even when it risked their livelihood and careers and unfortunately they continue to struggle with the culture of retaliation against whistleblowers. At the leadership and supervisors turned a blind eye to those in the workforce and expose bad actors that abuse their positions were broken laws and even worse they are the target of active retaliation.
