Just before 11pm on thursday, the driver of this dump truck was travelling southbound on 101 with his trailer in the up position. When he reached the embarcadero road overpass the trailer slammed into the structure. The driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. When the trailer was pulled away from the overpass, crews found a 25 foot crack in the concrete.
