Out-of-county residents may now apply for Humboldt County cannabis grant

Voting four to one with 3rd District Supervisor Mike Wilson dissenting the board adopted new rules for Project Trellis, a local program meant to bolster the local cannabis industry via grant money because if they didn’t, they wouldn’t receive $1.2 million from the last round of state disbursements or be eligible for future state funds.
