William Bradley Pashley, 50, was charged with arson shortly after a home on Ngawhitu Rd, off Ngapipito Rd, burned to the ground on the night of January 17. He was remanded in custody after his first court appearance on January 19 and is due back on January 26 by audio-visual link. The home was owned by a woman living at the address. New initiatives target food security in vulnerable rural communities Newshub 21/01/2021 James Fyfe A national food charity is aiming to provide food security for Kiwis living in rural communities through a number of new initiatives. The programmes will bring food bank services to regions around the country with higher deprivation as well working to educate people about the impact of food waste in a bid to inspire them to make small changes to their daily habits. The initiatives will be launched by national food rescue charity KiwiHarvest.
