The passing of Proposal 2 by Michigan voters in November brought with it a new set of rules that give people more options for casting their ballots.
Two recounts are happening this week in Kent County: One on Proposal 3 on reproductive rights, and the other on the GRPS board of education race.
BOC voted 3-0 to allow the recount request to move forward. Those for the recount argued for an investigation. Board of Canvassers stated that’s not the goal of a recount.
