You know, the deck does meet our Design Guidelines, its set back fairly substantially from the adjacent Property Lines. I know the board here has heard quite a few appeals about deck yards and privacy concerns, and some projects that do have the deck right up at the Property Lines, and in this case, its set back from all lot lines.
