Reintroduced bill aimed at protecting immigrant workers from retaliation
Rep. Judy Chu (D-CA) has reintroduced legislation that would provide temporary protection from deportation to immigrant workers who are victims of or witnesses to unsafe working conditions and other labor rights violations.
