The private equity firm said it has completed seven related add-on transactions since it invested in the first business that would eventually become Protegis inclusive of these recent deals with Metro Fire Protection Services Inc. of Florida and PDS Systems of Ohio.
Protegis Fire & Safety, which is backed by Align Capital Partners, has acquired Florida-based Metro Fire Protection Services and Ohio-based PDS Systems LLC.
