Providence Classical made one more play Friday night and held off West Side Christian 38-35 in the girls’ final of the Winter Warrior Tip-Off. The Lady Warriors fell to 13-2 on the season with their second loss to the Lady Knights.
West Side Christian’s boys and girls both advanced to Friday’s championship games of the Winter Warrior Tip-Off. The Warriors beat Claiborne Academy 67-48 and will face Smackover in the boys’ title game at 7 p.m. The Lady Warriors doubled up Hermitage 42-20 and will play Providence Classical at 5:30 p.m. for the girls’ championship.
West Side Christian’s senior teams improved to 2-0 with victories over Taylor on Monday at the Warrior Center.
